Where do we ship to?

We currently only ship to the United Kingdom at this time, we are working towards delivering our great products globally.

 

How much does it cost?

Packaging and Shipping is 4.99 for all order totals under £100 and free for all orders totals equal to or above £100.

 

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 7–10 Working days for an order to be delivered. This is because our products are made to order tohelp

reduce waste and have less impact on the environment. Because we store our products in multiple warehouses. Some

products may arrive before other's.

 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

  • Ask your local post office if they have your package

  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them  

 
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us here with your order number.
 
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order as long as the original product has been returned to us by our courier, but shipping will be at your own cost.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please contact us via https://celest.co/contact-us/ within a weeks' time, with your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

 

Returns Policy  

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase then you may return most new, unopened items with all tags attached (unless stated on the Product page) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund

We do not cover the shipping cost for returning your item back to us and this will be the customer’s responsibility -

Celest does not provide any warranty for items that have been unsuccessfully delivered back to us. It is therefore the customer’s responsibility

that all items are returned using a secure and recorded delivery option with proof of receipt. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of Celest receiving your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
